My instance went inactive last week and they hit me with the notification during the 3 day holiday weekend so I didn't have enough notice to reactivate it. Is there any way that I can have it restored?
I have some work in there that I didn't back up yet, and didn't want to lose.
Please let me know.
Thank you

Hi @Colleen Mathis ,
Just need to correct the answer provided by @jMarshal . The restore possibility was deprecated last year in december, hence you haven't any possibility to restore your PDI.
https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/update-to-restore-on-pdis/
So if the PDI instance is reclaimed due to inactivity, and you haven't ensured to backup your work to either a GIT or update sets, then you're out of luck.

If you are referring to a personal developer instance, yes - I've had mine restored before after it was reclaimed due to inactivity.
Just go to developer.servicenow.com and sign in, then it should give you an option for "request" or "restore" an instance.
Having said that, I know ServiceNow has changed "this sort of thing" before (and sometimes without warning)...so it's possible they are no longer providing pdi restores...but worth a shot! Hope you are able to get your work back!!

Thanks @AndersBGS for the clarification.
Thanks @jMarshal I did check and wasn't able to find the Restore option, but I appreciate your response. I wish ServiceNow wouldn't have taken that option away.
