Assessment Simulator Task 3 – Add and Post Comment Validation Issue

I'm facing an issue with Assessment Simulator Task 3. I created the incident, added the required customer-visible comment, clicked Post, and confirmed the comment appears in the Activities section. However, the task still fails with the message "Did you add and post a comment?" even after trying in a new instance.

If Validation task is failed , for my case, I have seen  always-  a step has been missed or not configured properly at my end.

If you think you have done it correctly as per video but for them validation passed but your case validation failed, 

Raise a case with Now learning support within ServiceNow university.

Note: Ensure you have done /tried every steps correctly.

I have tried again after terminating the instance. After taking new instance it finally worked.
