Automated certificate task TASK00XXX remains in Work in Progress status after certificate renewal

The certificate has been successfully renewed, the associated CI has been updated, and the certificate task (Manual Flow) has been closed. However, the certificate task (Automated Flow), TASK00XXX, remains in Work in Progress status.

 

Current Version-- ServiceNow AUSTRALIA.

 

Certificate Task(Manual Flow) remains closed completed ,But the Automation flow remained open.

Hi @SambitRath 

1. Do you see any errors/logs in the work notes of this task?

2. Please double check "Certificate Inventory and Management" Plugin is update to date, if not please update

3. Please check any customizations done on the BRs and subflows which triggers the automated flow on this tabe "sn_disco_certmgmt_task"
