Hello everyone! I'm a computer science student working through the ServiceNow University Associate AI System Administrator journey and preparing for the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam. Beyond the course labs, what hands-on exercises or small projects would you recommend to build real administration skills (for example in a Personal Developer Instance)? Are there particular areas, such as ACLs, import sets, or Flow Designer, that you would prioritize first? Thank you in advance for any advice!
