Best Preparation for CSA exam

Hello Community,

Would like to hear your tips to prepare for my first CSA exam.

Taking or retaking the ServiceNow course is important. It is all multiple choice so you will need to know details but leave room for general process of elimination! Have a webcam ready if you are taking it from home! My online testing center made me remove most everything from my walls too!

If you have taken an instructor led course...going through the course material and doing

labs is the best way to prepare. Planning my CSA soon. Wish me luck !!
