Best Preparation for CSA exam

Hello Community,

Would like to hear your tips to prepare for my first CSA exam.

Best preparation??? Use your Instance as Daily usage!!!

If you take an instructor led course and apart that if you read an eBook perfectly which contains (almost) all info for the exam. Like almost all questions and answers, somehow are mentioned in the eBook.

For preparing for the CSA exam, I recommend:

2. Enrolling in official ServiceNow training courses.
3. Practicing with sample questions and quizzes.
4. Joining study groups or forums for peer support and insights.
5. Setting a study schedule and staying consistent.

Use Udemy courses for preparation. Def helped me a lot. Costs money but worth it. The questions repeat on exam.
