I wish there was more than just a thumbs up for the YouTube link you shared.  I recently passed the CSA exam, and his videos were so helpful and informative.   These videos are not a substitute for the learning modules or exercises from ServiceNow Learn, but simply additional resources that can be used to help you to your goal.
