If you have read and understood the recommended learning on NowLearning and also have a good fundamental understand of ServiceNow architecture and ServiceNow in general you should be good to go.

Hi there,
Best preparation? Make hours on instances!
If you took an instructor led course, you will have an eBook which contains (almost) all info for the exam. Like almost all questions and answers, somehow are mentioned in the eBook. Unfortunately with on demand courses you don't get that eBook.

On demand do get the book, as I did this year. I believe it was not included when there were offers for free on-demand courses in prior years.
