Good luck I'm scheduling mine shortly as well. I'm watching youtube videos with people going through test exams, went through the now learning course, and go the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) 500 questions bank by Muhammad Zeeshan Ali, and Zaqib Javed John on Kindle.

Taking or retaking the ServiceNow course is important. It is all multiple choice so you will need to know details but leave room for general process of elimination! Have a webcam ready if you are taking it from home! My online testing center made me remove most everything from my walls too!
