Hi
I can't install the plugin in a PDI environment.
The affected plugin is "Integration - Multiple Provider Single Sign-On Installer".
I'm logged in as an administrator, and it shows up in the plugins list, but when I click the install button nothing happens.
What is the cause?
Thank you in advance.

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again to see?

Hi @HS7
"Sometimes it's an instance-related issue where the plugin appears as not installed. You can try refreshing your instance, then log out and log back in before attempting to install the plugins again. I tried in my PDI and it get installed.

Hello @HS7 ,
This issue is sometimes related to an instance cache problem in the PDI. Even though you're logged in as an administrator and the plugin appears in the list, clicking the Install button might not trigger any action due to stale cache. Clearing with "cache.do" helps. OR
You can try requesting plugin through the classic App manager :
Also get the option of repair the plugin if installed.
If this solution helped resolve your issue, please consider marking it as helpful or correct.
This will assist others in finding the solution faster and close the thread.

Hi
I get a message that the transaction was canceled and I can't install it.
I've tried it on multiple networks, but the results are the same.
Is there any other way?
