I am trying to locate a property "Create Universal Request with incident property" (com.snc.create_universal_request_with_incident) which is set by default 'true'. I found about this property on Kb article
I want to mark it false, so that when user creates a ticket through Virtual agent, it should not create universal request and only create a normal incident. I searched further more and found out this documentation. But again I can't find Incident properties module. I searched module table in case the module is marked active "false". Can you guys please let me know how to approach this

Greetings!!
Sometime few properties are not available explicitly. In this case create the property with same name and try it.

Yes I know about this, I found a old question on community and the solution you gave was there in that question, I have already tried creating a property but it doesn't seem to work.
