"I just passed an exam and should be eligible for a (CSA) voucher, but it requires me to pay. What's going on?"

But here you can claim a voucher that is valid for one year. I mean it has to be for the certification exam???

If your employer is ServiceNow's Partner, you might get some discounts (not always) like in my case 150 instead of 300 USD + taxes. But I have already passed my CAD...
