Can we give read access to users to view all kind of tickets?

I want a user to open any tickets and view the tickets without the ITIL role.

Hi @PM20

You can create a new role and update/create a Read ACL on the table that you have to give access to.

Add the newly created role to the same ACL that will provide access to read the tickets/records.

Thanks!

Please mark it as correct and helpful if it works for you ✔️👍

I tried with this existing role, snc_read_only, but still no luck. I will follow your instructions and update you.
