"The user wants to add incidents to the 'Incidents Fixed by Change' tab in the Change Request section. However, they're facing an issue: they can only add incidents with states 'New', 'In Progress', and 'Resolved'. They're unable to add incidents with 'Closed' or 'Cancelled' states. The requirement is to allow users to add incidents with all states, including 'Closed' and 'Cancelled',

  1. Go to System Definition > Related Lists (or directly open the Change Request form > Configure > Related Lists).

  2. Find the related list for Incidents Fixed by Change.

  3. Check if there’s a filter condition in the relationship (like Active=true or State != Closed).

  4. Remove or adjust the filter so it includes all states, or specifically allows 'Closed' and 'Cancelled'.
