I have a request to update a group name in ServiceNow. We use Windows Active Directory LDAP to manage our Groups. The group that needs to be changed has been around for a while and we don't want to create a completely new group. My goal is to be able to update the name in Windows AD and when it syncs via LDAP with ServiceNow only the group name will change in ServiceNow. Does anyone know if this is possible?
