CPQ Administration tenant URL is incorrect

i am facing an issue in my ServiceNow PDI. While publishing my "Product Offering" as soon as i click the "Publish" button, the system revert my published product offering into a "in Draft" status. When i searched the issue online i got some answers, the status is reverted by a sub-flow -> CPQ - product offer sync. Because, there is an issue with synchronizing the product offer.
While checking in the system Logs -> I see this 

 Error: Invalid response format from API.


When i further investigate. i found out that, My "CPQ Administration" tenant URL is not correct. Currently, it is https://{tenant_uri}.logik.io. The error is, The CPQ Administration page (Product Catalog Management > Offerings > CPQ Administration) is blank and showing a DNS error: {tenant_uri}.logik.io's server IP address could not be found.

The sn_cpq_intg system properties were never populated post-install and still contain the {tenant_uri} placeholder. I need our Logik.ai tenant credentials and the correct values for the CPQ integration system properties so we can complete the setup and publish product offerings.


Can someone tell from where i can get this tenant URL or ID?
