Form Design Interface - Naming its Parts

It turns out that my requirements for knowledge regarding SN System Administration extend to points in space and time which are outside the questions contained in the Certified System Administration exam questions.  Outside the exam setting, I encountered  very reasonable-looking question about the Form Design interface.  That question that seems reasonable is presented in the image below, followed by a transcription of the question text.

What are the main components of the Form Design Interface?

(Choose 3)
a. Field Layout
b. Page Header
c. Field Navigator
d. Field Picker
e. Form Layout

Unfortunately I cannot tell if there is any information is this further analysis, shown in this image:

Here is what I am saying.  I am accustomed to learning the names of system parts by relying in part of consistency and rationality of terms.  In other words, I know how to use the Form Design interface and can use all parts in a sophisticated way that my clients respect and are comfortable relying upon.  A good multiple choice question in that context is one that provides some rational correct terms, and some irrational, incorrect terms.  Providing rational correct and rational incorrect answers for selection does nothing constructive. To the contrary, questions like this threaten peace of mind and livelihood of extraordinarily talented people struggling to pass an arbitrary certification exam to join this great movement of the world's best business system, ServiceNow. The decision to form questions like this is poor work, not the stuff that made ServiceNow great.  In other words, the Certified Administrator exam has wayyyyyyyyyy too many questions like this, and ServiceNow should knock off this abusive practice, where you do not even allow us to see our mistakes.  A necessary human element is missing from this operation.  You people need to straighten this out.

Hi @SimonHendersonH

Nice name, by the way.

I'm sure there are a lot of things that you and I would agree are frustrating in life, but I don't share your outrage on this particular occasion.

If you go to this page in the docs:

https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-platform-administration/page/administer/form-administr...

You'll see this image:

So the answer to the question is well documented: The main components of the form design interface are Page Header, Field Navigator and Form Layout. Field Layout and Field Picker are unrelated terms.

I do agree that it's a pretty trivial thing to be tested on, but it's also not the dumbest ServiceNow question I've ever seen.

By the way, after 5 years doing ServiceNow, I still can never remember what this thing you type stuff into is officially called:

I'm pretty sure that thing's name is/was a question on the CSA exam. But, to this day, I just tell people: "Go to All > Service Desk > Incidents" or whatever. I'm disappointed in myself every time I do it, but I live with my choices.

I'm just saying, we all have our crosses to bare.
