How I can complete the CSA and CAD certifications free?

The only way to obtain the CSA and CAD for free is to be employed at ServiceNow or at a company partnered with ServiceNow, like I am, and pass the first attempt. After the first attempt, you will pay a discount price vs those outside the company/partnership

As others said, there are no free certs anymore. if you are a student, you may find some partial vouchers to get the certification done.

It’s quite challenging to get ServiceNow certifications for free unless you’re employed with a Partner Company. However, you can still benefit from discounts whenever ServiceNow launches a campaign. These campaigns are most commonly offered for the CSA certification.
So, it’s best to wait until ServiceNow makes an announcement.

I just paid for the CSA test and had it scheduled. No free test unless your employer covers the cost.
