Sure Mark!

1) Exams is not that tough if you have worked on the development / admin activities for at least 6 or more months like you know where exactly what is and how to navigate and all.

3) Gone through several ServiceNow administrator training videos on YouTube and the below channel covers all the CSA related topics and applications in a short amount of time and also they have the CSA exams videos (not paid 🙂 )

4) Going through articles is must before exams. It really helped me.
