• Start your preparation with Certified System Administrator (CSA) Learning Path - ServiceNow University.
• Complete the labs exercises, do it as mandatory.
• Understand each concept clearly - you can also refer to YouTube videos.
• Go through the CSA Exam Blueprint - Credentials - Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint - Knowledge Portal.
• Study the eBook - at least 2-3 times.
• Practice mock tests in MeasureUP - NEW: Official Practice Tests Now Available for CIS... - ServiceNow Community
• Also refer to Udemy or Exam Topics for practicing mock tests.
