Any tips to pass in this csa exam

Hi @ShinsJ ,

I will suggest go through ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) 

Then practice lots of mock tests in different free site , youtube and quizlet etc , paid site udemy etc to check your knowledge. Make sure your answer is correct.

If you can not answer properly, Repeat the fundamental course again.

I agree, the e-book has all the answers. I'd also add that the Udemy practice tests are incredibly helpful, and often comparable to the actual exams. They are also kept up to date. I highly recommend purchasing those.
