You should access via training also but ok , If you can not access an instance, focus on CSA concepts via ServiceNow Now Learning and exam blueprints.
Use video demos and lab walkthroughs to understand navigation and real scenarios.
Then try to get a personal developer instance for hands‑on practice.

HI @reza3,
is this related to some training (e.g. welcome to ServiceNow)? If so, you need to first request that instance and once requested it needs to be active, if you don't log in there for a few days it is automatically revoked and you need to request a new one. Inactive instances are "hibernating" to save the operational costs when not in use.
Both requesting and waking from hibernation takes a couple of minutes..
In the top of that course you should see the relevant buttons for these actions.

Ensure you have accessing following course :ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals .
If you have crossed lab instance count quota , in that case for other course , release the instance and request instance for this course.
If for other course , you have not already requested for lab instance, Raise a case for now learning Support within Servicenow University.
