Hi All!
Just wanted to know, what were the best resources for you, when you were studying for the CSA Exam? I already completed pre-requisite courses - "Welcome to service now", etc. Thanks for your help!

Hi @Shalaynia
For the CSA or any mainline exam, the training provided by ServiceNow—specifically the eBook and official Now Learning modules—is the best and most reliable single source of truth.
You’ll need to complete the CSA training fully. As a ServiceNow trainer, this is something I strongly recommend.
🧭 A Few Tips for CSA (Certified System Administrator):
-
Go through the training line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.
-
Do all the labs 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them—read and understand the instructions behind each step.
-
Follow the official eBook, again 2–3 times to reinforce key concepts.
-
If you're stuck or need guidance, feel free to watch my video sharing my CSA experience:

All the best on your CSA journey! Let me know if I can help in any way 🙌
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Shalaynia ,
As you said that you completed - Welcome to serviceNow course, you need to complete Welcome to servieNow Micro certification as well, after that SN Admin fundamentals training. Read Ebook 2-3 times and try all concepts on PDI. If you will understand the concepts properly and practice on PDI, it is sufficient, so grab Admin concepts, Core platform concepts well. If you want extra resources then you can google Quizlets for practice or to see what kind of questions will come in exam but don't 100% reply on those as few answers may be wrong.
Good Luck. I fmy answer helped you in anyways, plesae mark it- solution accepted.
