Been working in ServiceNow since 2018 and just went through the CSA course but unfortunately I have failed all 4 test. I now need to go through the whole course again and I am having trouble figuring out how to reset the CSA course. Any help would be nice. I have already submitted a ticket but no one has responded back as of yet.

Hi @chadwickp
In Servicenow 2018 , I guess Servicenow Administration course was different.
Check this ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) course whether you have completed or not.
If no, Complete it -> Do practice on mock questions a lot.
If yes, - Log a case to Servicenow university. They will help you on it.

Hello @chadwickp .
I dont think that you will reset your CSA test, if you have failed, you need to repay the fee and reattempt.
So make sure you refer ServiceNow Community CSA practise or Udemy practice questions related to CSA Exam.

Hi @chadwickp,
sorry to hear that. If you want to retake the exam and don't see any option to register, there is most likely a period of time that you need to wait until you are able to try again.
At least something similar is there for the CIS DF:
- Now → March 31 (Q1 Deadline)
✅ Complete your exam by this date. - Fail Attempt 1 → +3 Days
🔄 Retake allowed after 3 days. - Fail Attempt 2 → +30 Days
⚠️ Now in May. - Fail Attempt 3 → +6 Months
❗ Next retake in November–December. - Fail Attempt 4 → Beyond Dec 31, 2026
❌ Lose ALL affected certifications.
That's just my theory, the above deadlines are shared by our certification manager but I haven't found out whether that is applicable to the CSA as well or not...
What you can try is to search through the ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide and/or create a case from the SN University > Help Centre
Best of luck, @chadwickp!
