Voucher is valid but unable to claim. Pl advice the valid date.

Hi @RenukaA,

 

that's just for these days because between 2nd and 17th November there's an exam facilitator switch:

After that, no vouchers will be issued anymore, existing ones that are not expired can be used but with Pearson - see the 5 min video in the link above it will explain you how to get it.

 

If you go to your SN University account, there will be "My exams" tab:

It's not yet available, wait until the end of next week and meanwhile check the video to understand the new procedure.

Thanks for your response. I have gone through the above link. I was able to use the voucher till 4th November. But from 5th onwards it was not allowing to book the exam due to facilitator switch. But it was under Futureskillsprime program India its still showing valid but unable to use.
