We are experiencing ongoing issues related to Dark Mode in ServiceNow. Microsoft Edge is our default browser, and users are encountering a problem where Dark Mode must be manually re-enabled after logging out and back in.
Additionally, when Dark Mode is enabled and the email functionality within ServiceNow is used, the email text appears inverted or unreadable, which impacts usability.
For context, ServiceNow was recently updated to Zurich Patch 4 Hot Fix 3a on 02/23/2026.
Has anyone encountered similar behavior or identified a workaround or permanent fix?

I am using Edge in dark mode and did not face any issues. It might be better to log a case with ServiceNow.
