Dependent application installed and up to date not seen when trying to update another app

We just upgraded to Washington DC and I'm updating some of the plug ins for our dev environment for evaluation. I'm trying to update table builder from 25.0.1 to 25.1.1. I try to install the update but am told I need Unified Developer Core
I check and it is installed and up to date.
I did a repair and switched to a new browser but the same message pops up there. Any ideas on what I can do to get the update completed?

Not sure, but some time plugin activation take time to refect in all places, so might be try after some time. Logout and Login, if still issue, log a Now Support case.

Hi Alan,
Within my org we've have an absolute nightmare trying to update plugins etc since upgrading to Washington, similar to the issue you are facing.
From our experience, you can try updating the plugin utilising the Legacy Application Manager if you're having issues with the new App Manager.
You can click on the "Switch to Classic Application Manager" button at the top right of the App Manager to do this.
Alternatively, we found that some plugins are dependencies of others that we weren't aware of, so its possible you need to update another plugin before you can update Table Builder (Such as Workflow Studio).
