Taxonomy is fine, However what i am trying to achieve is - when you click on IT> it should open another drop down with sub categories like Hardware, software, Applications etc.

When i click on Hardware, it should open another pop up showing Printers, laptops, Mobile phones etc.

I can see that in the list view but not as a drop down

Hope it makes sense as what i am trying to achieve here.

Hi @GK0188939920771

Can you try to share a picture of what you expect? It sounds like very much OTTB.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
