Does the attached image show a record?

From close reading of ServiceNow documenation and some on_demand course, my impression is the image below shows one user record.  Prior to working with ServiceNow, I would have thought the image shows one user record plus 28 sys_user_has_role records, 29 records in all.

Which count is correct?

1 record

29 records

Hi @LFleming

The image shows 1 user record, and that user has 45 roles and is part of 1 group..

Is sys_user_has_role a table?

Does it contain records?

Do rows in sys_user_has_role correspond exactly to each role the user has?

Does that mean the user record contains sys_user_has_role records?

My thoughts from your image

1) it's 1 user record (sys_user)

2) that user is member of 1 Group (sys_user_group)

3) If you clearly see Roles Record there are total 45 (sys_user_has_role)

a) some are inherited = true means those roles got added to that user because of group membership and user got those roles because user is member of that group

b) some are inherited = false means those roles are directly given to user such as admin
