post a comment to the incident

when I create incident and complete the form, I want to add and post a comment , is this the correct place, I tried several times, but it is not success ,

What is not success? The comments are getting posted in the Worknotes & comments area. What is the expectation?

Yes, I already add the comment  and post it in the same page of incident, but the challenge give me error. that's why I get confuse why? Thank you for you response
