eligibility for the CSA voucher

I have earned the badge for eligibility for the CSA voucher after completing the required courses, but I haven't received the voucher yet. What steps should I take to claim the CSA voucher, and is there anything I need to do to ensure I receive it?

Hi @swapneshs 

You should receive an email about the voucher code. If you haven’t received it, you can log a case on Now Learning. If you are an independent consultant, you will need to purchase the voucher to claim it. Please log a Now Learning case so the team can guide you better.

When you login to your learning account go to your learning profile in the top right corner and select my vouchers to the left and you should see your CSA voucher, make sure you have also hit all the requirements if you have raise a case. Good luck!

After earning a ServiceNow certification badge, follow these steps to claim and use your voucher:

 

You want to purchase a ServiceNow certification voucher through Webassessor, follow these steps:

1.Go to Webassessor – Visit Webassessor and log in or create an account.

2. Select Your Exam – Click 'Register for an Exam, "In Mainline Exams Including Retakes" choose Certified System Administrator and select your exam type (Online or Test Center).

3. Make the Payment – Click 'Buy Now' or 'Proceed to Payment,' enter your billing details, select your payment method and complete the purchase.

4. Receive the Voucher – Once purchased, you'll receive the voucher code via email or find it in 'My Assessments' on Webassessor.

5. Redeem the Voucher – When registering for an exam, enter the voucher code at checkout to apply the discount.
