Hello,
I have 17 users that were created as local users. Is there any way I can enable a setting to allow them to change their own ServiceNow instance password?

Hi @Brent Cox
Enable Self-Service Password Reset:
- Go to System Security > Password Policies.
- Ensure that the Self-Service Password Reset feature is enabled for the users who need to change their passwords.
