Error importing Update Set from Xanadu to Vancouver

Hi,

Looking for advise.

Our Test instance is on Xanadu as we are also already doing testings before we upgrade our Production instance (currently in Vancouver) to Xanadu.

However, we encountered this issue when importing the update set from Test to Prod and it seemed that updates were incompatible?

The preview looks okay...

However, when we are about to commit it created this error...

And when we checked the flow, it was created but then its empty..

Is there an incompatibility issue in flow designer from Xanadu to Vancouver?

Hope anyone can advise as we are worried, we are about to move our Production system to Xanadu and it seemed we have to stop our development works because of this incompatibility issue.

Hi @j0e matts ,

In Washington and also in Xanadu, there are so many changes introduced to flow designer. Workflow studio, new actions and other changes to UI and performance, so if you have used the new version to build the flow in dev or test and you are moving it to older version in prod, then this may create some issues.

Ideally during upgrade no development work should perform or migrate. First upgrade your instance to new version and then migrate the changes or you can create a support case with ServiceNow for further assistance.

If this solves your query, mark this as correct and helpful.

Thanks

Thanks for the response.

Because we are still running our developments sprints whilst also doing functional and regression testings of the new version before we implement it to Production. The development work is rather unavoidable because we have to produce them monthly, but I guess we'll have to consider a code freeze during this testing period.

Did you check the commit logs?
We also encounter that specially if you have script in your update set such in BR, Client script.
