Je me permets de poser une question ici pour savoir est-ce que le certificat de CSA est obligatoire pour les certifications Pro, par exemple le certification de  Certified Implementation Specialist in Human Resources

the CSA is not required for CIS HRSD exam, but it's a common practice that people usually start with CSA before taking other classes, but it's not a law.

For the CIS HRSD in particular, the prerequisites and recommended classes are as following:

ServiceNow recommends the completion of the following prerequisite training course(s) in preparation for the Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources exam. The following ServiceNow training course(s) contain the underlying foundational knowledge needed for the exam.

  • ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals
  • Get Started with Now Create 
  • ServiceNow Platform Implementation

Required ServiceNow Training

ServiceNow requires completion of the following training course(s) and certification(s). The content in these courses covers the exam learning domains and will help you prepare for the exam.

• • Employee Center Essentials
  • Introduction to HR Service Delivery
  • Human Resources (HR) Fundamentals  
  • Human Resources (HR) Implementation

Upon completion of the Human Resources (HR) Implementation course, the candidate will be eligible to obtain or purchase a nontransferable voucher code to register for the Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources exam.
