Export all fields associated with cases created between years 2022 - 2025.

What are the Admin Level(s) and the steps that I must execute to export all fields associated with cases "CS0000000". The "Notes" pane (see attachment) contains Watchlist, ADO ID, Tracking Number, ADO Link Activities, and Original Email fields that must be included in the export too.

One issue is that I do not have access to view the table sys_journal_field, even though I enabled numerous Admin levels for my account. ServiceNow support has not responded to my inquires for 6-days, so I am reaching out here for assistance.

Hi @josephspinner

I doubt you can get everything in one go, as the attachments are not stored here. Also, what’s the purpose of retrieving all the details about the case? It seems like too much, and it may impact system performance while downloading and running the query.

Hi,

What format are you wishing to export as? Is this a one off process?

SN has multiple ways to export information. but it really depends on the cadence of the format you want, the regularity, and the system/person who's receiving it

Thanks Kilo,

This is a one-and-done effort.

And the desired format?

For example, if you wanted CSV, you can add the following on the end of the URL for the case record

&CSV&sysparm_default_export_fields=all
