Export all fields associated with cases created between years 2022 - 2025.

What are the Admin Level(s) and the steps that I must execute to export all fields associated with cases "CS0000000". The "Notes" pane (see attachment) contains Watchlist, ADO ID, Tracking Number, ADO Link Activities, and Original Email fields that must be included in the export too.

One issue is that I do not have access to view the table sys_journal_field, even though I enabled numerous Admin levels for my account. ServiceNow support has not responded to my inquires for 6-days, so I am reaching out here for assistance.

Greetings Tera,

The cases are to being "mined" via AI for various trends. I could distribute the extract execution across intervals of "Per Month" or "Per Quarter" and lessen the number of fields and then merge the data post extraction.

Business Requirement

  • Export all cases create between calendar year 2022 - 2025
  • Include all fields associated with each case
  • Adjust the export as required to NOT tax the system resource; execute the extract query multiple times, adjusting the date range per month.
