Extension for CSA Certification exam voucher code

Hi everyone, 

I would like to ask any help / information on how to request extension (if possible) to CSA Certification Exam voucher code  expiry date.  

Thank you in advance for any help / information that anyone could share to me.

Official Policy
Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the voucher expiration date according to ServiceNow's official certification guidelines.
However, There Are Some Options:
1. Contact ServiceNow Certification Team
If your voucher is still within validity (typically 1 year), email certification@servicenow.com - they may generate a new voucher
2. Create a Support Case

From Now Learning Platform: Go to Now Learning → Help Center → Create a case in the right-hand pane
You can also create a case from the now learning platform and wait for reply

Exam voucher codes are valid for 1 year and under normal circumstances, you will not get an extension.

But ServiceNow Certification team can help if you have a valid exception criteria due to medical or family emergencies. Please create a support case using below link or email them at certification@servicenow.com

Voucher extension is not possible. It is valid for 1 year and will expire after that.
