file(attachment) storage in instance

Does any body know:

1.How can we find out the total file/attachment size in the instance? 

2. Size of all the emails in instance?

You can go to the tables module,

you look for the tables whose internal name begins with ua,

you will find a table whose name corresponds to DB usage and these tables store the size  of all ServiceNow tables.
