Incident is created and comment was added but still its shows "Did you add and post a comment?"

Sometimes it's an instance issue, not a data issue. Please make sure you're testing with the correct user by impersonating. Try adding a comment in 1 or 2 incidents and test again.

Did you created incident using impersonation? did it meet the criteria as per the task description?
