Flagging Up Special Needs End Users

Hello,  

we currently use the VIP label for highlighting, well VIP's.  Is there something similar but separate that we can use for highlighting End Users with special needs such as those with visual or hearing impairment?

Hi @helenalexan,

I checked  sys_user  table fields, I would not find special need label/field like we have one for VIP.  I think custom field would be required here.

As per your use case mentioned best option would be to create custom choice field (u_special_needs) with visual and hearing impairments as choices
