Flow Designer-Social Media Management

Hello All,

I have a doubt I am trying to complete ServiceNow Micro certs for Flow Designer,it says

Navigate to All > Social Media Management > Monitor.

I do not have Social Media Management on my lab instance .

How can I get it?I tried looking for it in plugin but no luck!Do I need to integrate this?

(this is for practice purpose)

Is any previous lab did you get the term .. Social Media Management ? or may be use missed it.

I am in the same boat. I was trying to work the "Flow Designer: Create a Flow" learning course on the Now Learning website, but the "Social Media Management" or "Monitor" for that app is not in any instance. I am guessing it was taken out and the course is old and needs to be updated.

Hard to follow a learning course if the information isn't available. I am using the Utah PDI, so maybe it was available in prior instance PDI's.

Atulya, I don't understand your response to the initial question. The "term" Social Media Management is directly in the screenshot that shevangi listed above. That is directly out of the instructions on the NOW Learning website. They did not make it up. It is clearly in the instructions and I did not see it listed in any other Flow Designer learning as of yet.

I also tried to look at apps to install and/or plugins to install and nothing shows for "Social Media Management" at all.

I'm going to guess that maybe a case needs to be opened with ServiceNOW to either add that back into the instances or they need to update the Flow Designer learning module so people can follow along.

I can understand the frustration and disappointment. It can be case in latest PDI it is not available. What i can suggest leave this step and move forward. If you completed 80% of labs , you can submit and get it passed/ clear.

Atulya - That makes sense. I'm sure I can get past this lesson, but it is still nice to be able to perform the lesson in full. However, that does seem like a possible workaround to the current issue.
