Flow Designer-Social Media Management

Hello All,

I have a doubt I am trying to complete ServiceNow Micro certs for Flow Designer,it says

Navigate to All > Social Media Management > Monitor.

I do not have Social Media Management on my lab instance .

How can I get it?I tried looking for it in plugin but no luck!Do I need to integrate this?

(this is for practice purpose)

As an update, I just opened a case with ServiceNow regarding this issue.  It looks like (from opening the case) that the last time the Social Media Management app was available was in the San Diego release.  I'm waiting to see what ServiceNow says regarding this, but that was the info that filled out in the case ticket I opened.  So, it is possible that we cannot complete this learning module until it has been updated.

I will advise if/when I hear back from ServiceNow regarding my case.

Thanks MatGdowski !Yes please let me know in case you hear back from them.Also we cannot even download San diego version to complete the training as that option is not available.Literally stuck in between with no luck!

shevangi - They have stated they have transferred my case to the "Simulator Team" since Now Learning doesn't handle PDI issues.  So, now we wait for them to look into the case.  There is no ETA at this point.

I agree that you can get through it without actually doing the lesson just by following along and creating your own Flow that doesn't connect to anything, but it would be nice to be able to build it and see it work properly.

Anyway, if/when I hear back from the ServiceNow Simulator Team, I will advise.

I was following the instructions and in Activity 1, it mentions to go to All>System Applications>Studio.  I did that and clicked on it and this is now what I found there...

I haven't gone any further as of yet, but this is in a Utah - Patch 7 PDI.  Check yours to see if it is also there.  If not, maybe you need to put in a case to have it added to your PDI?  But it does look like it was created when I created my PDI, but not positive on that.

At least it might be possible to fully complete the training module if the circled application does work in the "Studio" section.  Just wanted to pass along the info to you/others.

I am working in the Washington release adn ran into the same issue.

I followed your link to the All>System Applications> Studio I double clicked on the Social media management item.

When I opened up the Workflow Studio to create the Action I could choose Social media Management from the Application drop down and complete the "Build an Action Menu Item" 

I am sure it would work the same in the Build A subflow and Flow items as well
