Flow Error: No record found for table sysevent_email_action with sys id

Hi Community,

 

a certain flow gets stuck for a Request at "Awaiting" status after all related tasks have been completed with the error that can be seen on the screenshots.

Any idea where to start troubleshooting or what can cause the issue?

We need more information such as the screenshot of the whole flow as more details as possible.

 

By the way, do you have anywhere trigger the notification in your flow and does that sys_id exist in Notification table?

I've attached the whole flow in screenshots.
Notifications are triggered twice as I have seen.

I could not find the notification with the sys_id that was referenced by the error in the Notification Table (sysevent_email_action).
