Hey ,

Just joined this forum and wanted to say hi! I’m taking my first steps in ServiceNow, and there’s definitely a lot to learn. I’m hoping to pick up some practical tips from people who’ve seen it all (and fixed it all).

My background is mostly troubleshooting random tech issues for friends and coworkers, but now I’m diving into system administration—so if anyone’s got advice for the transition, I’m all ears.
