If you want to delete your own reply , or edit it, you can do so by clicking on the icon on top right corner

@SripadaK You can delete your posts or responses but not posts/responses from others. You can also remove the attachments that you have uploaded by editing your responses/posts.

Hi @SripadaK,
You can delete only your own post and as long as nobody replies to it...

Once there is response, it is not possible to delete it from your end. Only by moderators.

However there is a chance to edit your reply at any time.
