Team i would like to know when we enable GenAI in Service Portal the results that come out from the user question can we show images and knowledge articles if yes do we have any documentation.

But yes, if you use the search bar, you will get the record producers, catalog and content items and knowledge articles.

But I don't think pictures - how? What do you mean with pictures exactly? It was never possible, was it?
