Get RITM details in the report

Hi all,

I have created a report on Approvals table, with the below filter condition

Approval for starts with RITM

Now I want to choose the columns : Approver, Approval for, Requested by, Requested for and the Request number.

But currently unable to choose columns of Requested by , Requested for and Request number.

Can someone please help me on this?

You need to create Data base view to bring these fields together. As approval table did not hold any other attribute of REQ/ RITM

Hello Atul,

I have created a database view like this, but here the columns Requested for and Opened by are showing the same.

To check, when I open the record and checked, the Requested for is different.

Please help.
