Hi @JoeBlinkerz !
Your question isn't clear. Could you expand in more detail what you're asking?
Do you mean: what is the role and function of a system admin in the context of the GRC applications?
If so, I'm happy to explain.
But if your question is something else, just let us know!

Hi @JoeBlinkerz
GRC / IRM:
GRC, now called IRM, is a ServiceNow product used mainly to track policies, risks, and compliance-related tasks. Different courses cover different products, so you should choose the course based on the specific product you want to learn.
System Administration:
Assuming you are referring to the CSA course or Admin course, this is the first and basic step to start your ServiceNow journey. This course provides a foundation about the platform, its capabilities, terminology, and core concepts.
As mentioned, the question is very broad. If you add more context, the community can help you understand and guide you better.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
