As you've just started System Administrator career journey, So I will suggest
1. Get your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) at developer.servicenow.com
2. Complete "Welcome to ServiceNow": Start with this foundational course to get your first badge and understand the interface.
3. Complete "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu)" ondemand course
4. Practice lots of mock question to get prepare for CSA certification and get certified.
5. As an ServiceNow Admin get experienced.
6. Learn from Community. Contribute/share your experience in Servicenow Community
As a new System Administrator, you are entering a high-demand field with a robust platform which is clou-based, low-code/no-code platform used for IT Service Management (ITSM), HR service delivery, security operations, and customer service management & more.
