Guidance Needed for Next Steps in ServiceNow Learning

Hello Everyone,

I have been learning ServiceNow for the past six months and recently cleared the CSA and CAD certifications. While I have gained a solid foundation, I am unsure about the next steps to take, particularly regarding integrations and other areas that would help my company start ServiceNow development.

As a beginner, I want to ensure that I am on the right path to contribute effectively. My company is planning to begin development soon, and I would appreciate any guidance on what to focus on next and how to approach integrations.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Best regards,
Bhagyesh Thakkar

As you are already certified in CSA and CAD so I assume you know the scripting, now as your project is starting soon, you better brush up your skill You can do micro certs and training available in Now Learning:

- Flow Designer

- Integration Hub

- Scripting

- CMDB /CSDM

- UI builder which will help you to build your skills and in development as well.
